We partnered with a residential community in Kearny, NJ, to bring a fresh, cohesive look to its outdoor spaces. Focusing on durability and aesthetics, the project aimed to modernize the entrances of each building and enhance the balcony deck spaces across 60 units.
One unique challenge was completing the entire project efficiently for a large community without disrupting residents’ daily lives. We completed the brick façade renovation and deck upgrades in just nine weeks with careful planning and a dedicated team.
This $179,000 transformation resulted in a unified, polished look for the community while providing durable outdoor spaces for residents.
